The "Users" tab provides a table showing information relevant to all of the ParentView App users in the district or school. From this page, you can view a user's email, status, and see information about the students associated with that user. You can also elect to suspend a user from this page.
Suspending Users
From the Users page, you have the ability to suspend user accounts. In instances where you would like to suspend a user's account, you can do so by clicking on the actions gear at the right of the page, and clicking "Suspend" in the drop down column.
Below are descriptions of each column in the table
[+]: Clicking on this icon expands a user's row, showing information about the students that they follow. Click here for help Navigating Students.
First Name: Displays the first name of the user. You can filter and search for a specific user by first name.
Last Name: Displays the last name of the user. You can filter and search for a specific user by last name.
Email: Displays the email address linked to the user. Clicking on this will allow you to send an email to the user. You can filter and search for specific users by email.
Phone Number: Displays the phone number associated with the user.
Status: Displays the status of the user's account. You can filter and search for specific users by status.
Login count: Tracks and displays the number of times that a user has logged-in to the FirstView app.
Reg. Date: Displays the date when the user registered their FirstView account.
Student count: Displays the number of students the user is following.
Actions: Allows you to suspend a Parent App user's account.
