The "Service Alerts" tab provides a table showing information relevant to all of the alerts sent out to users in the district within the previous 7 days. From this page, you can view an alert's message ID, type, and the time it was created and received by the user.

Messages that are sent out from the DistrictView Dashboard have a "DA_" in front of the ID number. Otherwise the message was sent from the First Student depot's back-end system, FOCUS. 


Below are descriptions of each column in the table

Message ID: Displays the service alert message ID. You can filter and search for a specific alert by message ID.
[+]: Clicking on this icon expands a service alert's row, showing information about the specific message that was sent.
Received: Displays when the service alert was received by the users.
Alert Time: Displays when the service alert was created and sent to the users.
Type: Provides the type of alert that was sent out to the users. You can filter alerts based on their type. 
Source: Displays the source of the service alert's creation. You can filter alerts based on their source.

Task Name: Provides the task name of alert that was sent out to the users. You can filter alerts based on their task name.
Title: Displays the title of the service alert that was sent out to the users.
Note: Notifications sent to ParentView App users will be displayed for 24 hours in the app.
