DistrictView Feedback
Sending us feedback directly from the DistrictView Dashboard is accomplished with a few easy clicks. "Contact Us" links are available in the menu drop down when you select your name in the upper right hand corner. It is also available in the left navigation bar. Clicking the "Contact Us" link will take you to a Feedback form. Simply fill out the required information and submit your feedback. We love hearing from you, so please don't hesitate to reach out with questions, comments, concerns, and/or suggestions.

ParentView Feedback
Our in-app messaging is the quickest and most efficient way to get support. To use this feature, simply click on the envelope icon located in the top right corner of the app. When you send a message to us through the app, we receive an email within seconds and most of the information we need is already included. We encourage districts to direct parents that have app-related questions to reach out directly to our customer support team. You can expect a timely response, from our team as well as the option to rate how well we did in resolving your issue.

You may find that you need additional assistance after you've visited our FirstView Knowledge Base. Simply select "Submit A Request" at the top right hand corner of your screen to submit your feedback directly to customer support. You are also able to attach any specific examples or feedback to help us answer your question(s) using this form. We look forward to your feedback!
